Chevy app doesn’t connect to truck?

This is by far the worst system I have ever dealt with. I purchased a Silverado EV about 45 days ago and have spent over 20 hours on the phone trying to resolve app issues. No one seems to know what’s happening. From Level 1 to Level 2 and even the so-called highest-level technicians, all I got was generic advice. Other than rebooting the app and reinstalling it, no real solutions were offered.

I paid around $100,000 for this truck, and after nearly two months, nothing is working as it should. On top of that, there’s a $42 monthly fee (plus tax) for these services. It’s absolutely shameful to provide such poor support for a premium vehicle.
