2017 Chevy Volt - MyChevrolet App Troubles
Hi
Have been paying for the OnStar Remote Access for my Volt for over a year now, and since the MyChevy app has been redesigned, I have been unable to access the volt specific menus. E.g showing overall efficiency, looking at battery details, and other plug in hybrid related items. I was told that those features were going to be rewarded, but that was 6 months ago.
Also, I would like to put in a feature request to be able to remote start my car from the app even when the engine light is on (since I pay for it). I am totally fine with having an agreement I have to sign with onstar and Chevy in app that would waive any damages or issues with the vehicle relating to using remote start with a CEL on.
