Is an OnStar subscription required to operate the Alexa app on my 2021 Buick Envision?
I have an Amazon Prime membership and the Alex app on my phone, which is paired with the vehicle.
To utilize the myBuick skill via the Alexa app, you must be enrolled in an active OnStar Connected Services Plan. If you would like to enroll into OnStar services, you can simply push the blue OnStar button in your vehicle or call 1-(888)-4ONSTAR (1-888-466-7827) to speak with a live Advisor.

Thanks for the answer. OnStar is priced too high for my liking considering most of its services are redundant with free apps already installed. Great in an emergency, but that's also a free service.
