Vehicle hotspot and app features not working

Hello, my car is not responding to the remote signal to turn the vehicle on, or even schedule services. I've already uninstalled the app and reinstalled it without success. Also, the hotspot is not working or even lets me switch the on/off button manually. I pay monthly for the in-car wify and I haven't been able to use for a month now.

    have you heard anything from onstar about it?  Im having the same issue the past 4 days and all they tell me is that they have updated some settings but everytime i contact them they have to escalate the call..

      Continued troubleshooting over the phone can be a burden when all you want is your features to work. Like previously mentioned, we advise continuing to work with that same team as it'll eliminate any miscommunications amongst the parties involved and reach a resolution the fastest.
