User Profile
I’ve set up my profile preferences in the mychevrolet app to include audio FM radio channels however the radio presets do not show up in my truck in my profile. When I select audio in the truck, the screen blinks and returns to the Home screen. I have to select the Guest profile to listen to music.

Thank you for sharing these details related to your user profile. We are aware that some members are having issues with applying Remote Personalization changes. Please know, we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible. To further clarify, are you seeing any error codes within the mobile app. Our team will keep an eye out for your reply.

No error messages in either the mychevrolet app or the trucks audio system. Attempted several times to delete and re-add profile info on both the app and audio system. OnStar account is linked to the app as well.
