Question
I have a 2018 Chevy Traverse. My onstar lapsed and now I can not make calls or answer them. My phone will connect as the phone will ring through my car but when I answer it the person on other end can not hear me. Also my vehicle will not start from my app. Anyone else with this issue. I have been charged $42.99 a month but not able to use all the services. Anyone else have this issue and what do I do about it?

We appreciate you bringing these mobile app and infotainment concerns to our attention. To clarify, have you connected with your certified Chevrolet dealership regarding your Bluetooth connection? Additionally, are you receiving any error codes at all related to your Remote Key Fob? As an initial troubleshooting step, we do recommend to uninstall and reinstall the mobile app to your device.
