OnStar Module - 2022 Cadillac Escadale ESV
I bought a 2022 Escalade, and the OnStar Telematics Module is not working. I contacted OnStar, and after a few unsuccessful tests, they told me to take my car to a dealership to have it fixed. However, even though Massey Cadillac in Orlando confirmed the OnStar module needs to be replaced, they keep saying the part is on back order and they have no ETA. I am very unhappy with this situation and do not have a solution offered by OnStar or Cadillac. My car is still under warranty and Cadillac or OnStar must be responsible for it. I am afraid I will need to take legal action to have this part replaced.
