Odometer Discrepancy

Recently the charge on my battery in my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox dropped so low a jump starter would not work. In the process of trying the jump starter, I got a notification in the myChevrolet app about my battery being low, there is an odometer reading in the notification of 134,069. However, the odometer in my car reads 83,317.

My curiosity in this issue is because I did buy the vehicle used and I'm concerned the vehicle may have been tampered with prior to my ownership.
