No Internet Connection

I have a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 and the OnStar One plan (about 50.00 a month). I have NO internet connection at all. The icon in the top right of the infotainment shows I have signal both with WiFi and 4G LTE. My remote start on my phone app works and all the other controls work, so I know it has a connection to the internet.

However; if I try to launch any music apps or use the google maps navigation, I get nothing. Spotify shows "No Media Available" and google maps just keeps giving me "Offline" directions, even the google assistant thats built in doesn't work. I have tried to reach out to the Tech support team with no luck of a solution. I have tried shutting the truck off and letting it sit until it went to "sleep", restarted my infotainment by holding the hang up button, I have tried disconnecting the battery for 30 min, made sure I was signed into my MyChevrolet app on the truck and I've had no luck any of these.

Any help would be appriciated. Maybe someone from OnStar can see behind the scenes and make sure my vehicle is properly provisioned to connect to ATT's network. Unfortunately I have exhausted all my options on my end that I can think of.
