HORRIBLE

2025 Chevy Equinox taken to two different dealerships regarding Onstar not working. After getting the run around, found out that the telematics module failed. My truck has been at the dealership since March 7, and was told last week that the part is still on back order. The dealership has no loaner vehicles so this has definitely been a horrible experience. At this point, something needs to be done! I’m tired of the excuses from all!

  • I’ve had a loaner truck longer than my 2025 equinox at this point I think. They had gotten that part in and cannot get my car to go online now and need a specialist to look at it (that was 2 weeks ago). I’ve been without my car for a 4 weeks (30 days Wednesday) now. The dealership I got it at is amazing and their customer service is amazing, even though they are a Jeep, dodge, ect dealership. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating that I am making car payments for a car that is in the garage due to onstar failure.
