can't login on laptop

Question

I was able to log in about 3 weeks ago and create an account on my laptop, windows 10 when I bought my new truck. Since then I have been able to log in once more.

Sometimes when I try to login I click the "My account" tab at the top and the page will just refresh to the same page. There is no login page that shows up.
Most times the page will bounce back and forth from the page I click the "My account" tab to a "auth-waypoint.html" page. It will bounce back and forth forever, with no page loading.

Most times the app in my phone works well enough, but I prefer to use my laptop to view my account, not my phone.

This is becoming very frustrating.
