Remote start run time extend on app

My 2015 Silverado 3500 diesel use to be able to extend the remote start run time once truck was running a extra 10mins so it would run for 20min in total without shutting down now the app does not allow me to extend the run time the first 10 min need to complete and truck shutdown before remote starting for the second 10min run time. 10mins is not enough time in winter in northern Alberta for truck to warm up and truck is still in high idle when it shuts down after the first 10mins. My other vehicle which is a 2020 Yukon as the extend option available in app once u start it the first time why does my app for my 2015 duramax not have the same option also the Yukon is 15mins and diesel truck is 10mins if anything it should be other way around.

    I have a 2022 2500HD Duramax 6.6. It has a remote start extend option, but it does not work. the app says it's extended for an extra 15min, but after the initial 15min is up it shuts down, even though the app says it's still running and is counting down. Frustrating, cause this time of year my truck windows will not defrost in 15 min. Any help would be appreciated.
