Thank you for connecting with us regarding the myGMC mobile app, Theresa. As an initial troubleshooting step, we do recommend ensuring that location permissions for both the device and the mobile app are enabled. If a small orange circle is overlapping the Device Quick Find button, that means the device and/or mobile app location is not enabled. To further clarify, are you having trouble locating the Device Location icon within the Map tab? We are more than happy to help to the best of our abilities if you have any trouble with this.
