SuperCruise dropping out on RT-81
I purchased a 2023 Yukon Denali and drove south on RT81 to RT66 to RT17 going from Syracuse NY to Fredericksburg VA. SuperCruise worked well until I got part way through Pennsylvania. Supercruise would drop out with the message "No road data" and then in a couple seconds allow SuperCruise to be re-engaged. This occurred more than 30 times and continued to drop out in West Virginia. Once I got on RT66 SuperCruise worked correctly for the remainder of the trip. I would note that 2 days earlier I drove from Fredericksburg to Syracuse with only a couple of drop outs (taking the same route).

We appreciate your outreach to share this feedback and bring your Super Cruise experience to our attention after your trip, @Ctdeng0. It is important to note that Super Cruise is only available on compatible divided highways, and the Adaptive Cruise Control needs to be turned on before turning on Super Cruise. The system may not be available or may disengage while in use based on several operating conditions, including but not limited to, poor lane visibility, driver inattention or other failure. You can learn more about Super Cruise and explore FAQs by visiting: https://www.onstar.com/services/super-cruise-hands-free-driving.
You may be able to use the Super Cruise button on your steering wheel to view Driver Information Center (DIC) messages about system operation. If the Super Cruise symbol does not appear, press the Super Cruise button to display a DIC message about why the system is unavailable. Immediately after Super Cruise disengagement, press the Super Cruise button (within 10 seconds) to display a DIC message with the reason for disengagement. If you have any remaining question or concerns, our team is always here. You can reach us with a private message to share more details at OnStar_Support by selecting the envelope at the top right of your screen.
