SuperCruise dropping out on RT-81

It is important to note that Super Cruise is only available on compatible divided highways, and the Adaptive Cruise Control needs to be turned on before turning on Super Cruise. The system may not be available or may disengage while in use based on several operating conditions, including but not limited to, poor lane visibility, driver inattention or other failure. You may be able to use the Super Cruise button on your steering wheel to view Driver Information Center (DIC) messages about system operation. If the Super Cruise symbol does not appear, press the Super Cruise button to display a DIC message about why the system is unavailable. Immediately after Super Cruise disengagement, press the Super Cruise button (within 10 seconds) to display a DIC message with the reason for disengagement. Your reply is useless. RT81 is clearly a mapped road and is listed on your website. The fact that it drops out (message states no road information) and then comes back in a couple of seconds tells me there is an issue with the database. Most occurrences there were no exits, lane issues or other issues that would explain the drop out. SuperCruise is almost useless with it dropping out so many times. I would hope that you would escalate this to have someone to look at the database.
