I69 Sketchy Between Martinsville and Indianapolis Indiana

I69 construction has been complete for a while but there are large sections in between Martinsville and Indianapolis that are missing. With my 2022 Bolt EUV there are stretches of 10+ miles with no super cruise and with my 2024 Sierra EV it might go a mile just fine, disconnect for a tenth of a mile, reconnect, disconnect, and so on. This is driving both north and south. A very frustrating experience.

This is a major interstate and there's not much reason for it to not work. We do pay for this, after all, so can it be added to the list of areas that don't work properly?
