Super Cruise Fail

2024 Lyriq I acquired new September 2024 and for the past 8 weeks the Super Cruise only works maybe 1 out of 5 attempts on roads that I used it on quite commonly previously, all multi-lane interstate roads. The Google maps will show the vehicle location off in a field or on another road several miles from my location. I'm unable to use the navigation feature. The message displayed when I attempt to use the SC is something like "no road data available". I've been to the dealer - no help at all. "Its just a common problem and there is no fix". I also have a new 2025 Silverado (no Super Cruise) which is experiencing similar Google maps problems. Help! This is beyond frustrating.

      After two conversations with the On Star EV Concierge, still no solution. I now have to take the vehicle to the dealer (again!) to try to get a solution. Tesla is looking better every day.
