What is the least expensive way to have OnStar WiFi?

I guess I should have been more specific because all I got when I contacted OnStar was quoted from their website. 

So, Let's try this again:

Can OnStar supply WiFi to my 2016 Acadia Denali for less than $24.95/month?

The plans available are $5/month more than plans for the new GM vehicles even though the not-new GM vehicles can not access some features that newer systems can access.
