Why is my Onstar premium plan not transfering?

This still has not been resolved.
The OnStar premium was purchased as part of the original list price on the 2024 Denali Trucks and should follow the VIN just like warranties.
This is from the OnStar site:
"Any service plan included with your vehicle purchase remains with the vehicle if it is sold or traded in"
