Hello. If you have a 2015 model year or newer GM vehicle equipped with OnStar Hardware, you can push the blue OnStar button located on the rearview mirror. This will connect you with live Advisors who can activate your vehicle's services, discuss available plans and features compatible with your vehicle and assist with getting your mobile app set up. If you have a non-GM vehicle or a GM vehicle prior to the 2015 model year, we recommend utilizing our OnStar Guardian App.
If you are registering for OnStar services for the first time, you will need to push the blue OnStar button in order to get started.
