False advertising?

Finally! This started February 19 but I’m happy to announce that the hard working never give up people at OnStar have reached an agreement that is satisfactory to me. We have OnStar One in our car effective April 1, 2026. It took them 41 days and the settlement isn’t the exact same offer, but it’s just as good for us. It’s nice to have the interface with the in car services and amenities that come with the full OnStar package.
To be fair, OnStar has been trying now for a few weeks to get the discount code I was given to work without any success. They have used two case numbers so far and it’s with their technical team to resolve. I’ll post again when it’s resolved or when I decide I’ve gotten used to using CarPlay more and I get towing services added to my auto insurance policy instead of relying on OnStar.
