Cannot sign into Guardian app (iOS)
I have already tried deleting the app and rebooting, so please don't suggest that... 😉
I can log into the app with my OnStar email and password, but then I get to the phone screen. It shows the country code as +52 (incorrect, and not changeable). When I enter my phone number, it says there is an error and technical difficulties--which has been happening for several hours. When I tap on HELP in the upper right, nothing happens.
Has anyone gotten this to work lately?

Thanks--I did not see this until now, so the notification system on this forum apparently failed; I checked my junk folder as well and saw nothing noting your reply. Meanwhile, after six days of not hearing from OnStar after calling this issue in, I raised the question on LinkedIn, and an OnStar exec was able to look into this and get it fixed. That should not be the standard way to work for the average customer.
