Bait and Switch Pricing Practices
Hey OnStar, I was about to renew my connect plan. Here is what I see; I called and also used the chat options from the website. Both let me know this was not correct, yet here it is. It says...
I quite happy with my choice of not supporting OnStar and will not reach out and will not fall for another round of "...our team to look into your account for any available offers, feel free to send us a private message..."
OnStar has encouraged me to look beyond GM and consider not buying another Chevrolet.
