Wifi on but ‘not connected to internet’
My credit card on file expired at the end of January. As soon as the card declined my hotspot in my vehicle stopped working. I called and updated the card and still no internet. I’ve spent hour...

I had the same problem when the data plan expired, and I called to resubscribe. The problem was Escalated to tier 3 onstar support. Tier 3 completely removed data plans (there were two stacked) and re-implemented data plan. Then rebooted onstar in Tahoe. Data then worked. It took 4 days for tier 3 to call back, but they got it fixed.
