Wifi on but ‘not connected to internet’
My credit card on file expired at the end of January. As soon as the card declined my hotspot in my vehicle stopped working. I called and updated the card and still no internet. I’ve spent hour...

It’s a joke! I have contacted onstar MANY times, was promised a “5 day resolution”, a temporary fix, a confirmation that it should all be working…still nothing. I just had to reactivate my onstar after a recall fix with the software and still nothing. I was told now by an agent that the plan shows it’s expired. That was the original problem that was the “5 business days technical ticket” that NEVER resolved anything. Makes me question the integrity of the other features if something as basic as WiFi can be resolved.
