Wi-fi not connecting

Wi-fi is not connecting to my phone when trying to manually connect.

    iPhone & Android:

    1. From your home screen, go to Settings. 
    2. Select WIFI.
    3. Toggle on WIFI, and the system will start searching for available nearby network. Select the vehicle's WIFI name.
    4. It will prompt you to enter WIFI password. Hit join after entering the password. 
    5. You should see a blue checkmark next to the network and the connected WIFI icon in the upper right corner of your phone display.
    6. Once connected, please open a browser or any internet-based apps (i.e., YouTube) to verify that WIFI is working.
