Vehicle account not syncing to new vehicle
Hi all
I had a 2025 Chevrolet suburban. I just upgraded to a 2026 Escalade. My understanding was the vehicle account stored certain settings in the cloud.
when I log in to the infotainment on my Escalade none of my settings migrated over. What am I doing wrong? Using the correct account credentials. From what I’ve read online it’s supposed to move over radio presets etc.

Using existing OnStar or GM Owner Center credentials, owners are able to personalize apps on their vehicle and radio settings, which should be established on your new Escalade upon logging in.
