Urgent Call for Action to Address Chronic OnStar Wi-Fi No/Slow Internet On (2015-2025) Wifi Hotspot)

I’m having the same problems since I bought the car in July 2024. I have a 2024 blazer EV model. It’s a great car. I love everything about it except the infotainment system and its abysmal connectivity problems. Updates have not helped having the radio module has not helped. I don’t feel like bringing it back to the dealership, leaving it there for a week and then being told it’s fixed Only to find out almost instantly that it isn’t. I’ve been through that game enough.
 From what I’ve observed from my rudimentary troubleshooting the under laying problem, here is terribly poor latency typically over 123 ms. My phone however, connecting to that same AT&T mobile network directly gets 20 ms latency at home with my AT&T its 2 ms latency.

No wonder my Google assistant can never connect to the Internet in a timely fashion. It usually takes two or three tries to run something through Google before it actually will work. This is consistent. This is not occasionally. This happens every single day with this crummy system they’ve foisted on the public. If there’s ever a class action suit, please let me know and sign me up what they’re doing is willful negligence.
