The ONSTAR team should be making contact with GM representatives about this instead of leading people on and saying you can assist… You are part of GM. This is your PRODUCT. This is a NATIONWIDE issue. Don’t give people the CORPORATE runaround… Do something about it! Move for RECALL actions to take place.
