Urgent Call for Action to Address Chronic OnStar Wi-Fi No/Slow Internet On (2015-2025) Wifi Hotspot)

I just went through it myself in a 2018 Cadillac CT6.  Once the hotspot was finally activated it's so slow it's useless. Slow enough the My Cadillac app can't load, nor can the apps on the CUE system. I actually got a firestick for the backseat entertainment screens, which was a complete waste of money with this kind of speed, and that's when it actually provides any internet at all.    I have an older escalade which they no longer support.  I got a T-mobile portable hotspot for that one threw it in the center console and it works perfectly.  Guess that's the answer for this as well.
