Urgent Call for Action to Address Chronic OnStar Wi-Fi No/Slow Internet On (2015-2025) Wifi Hotspot)
If this is not what you hope to hear, how about fixing the issues? Oh right, I forgot that onstar is made up of 90% bots and the rest are people so useless that they can’t understand why people are upset paying money for services they aren’t receiving.
I called onstar for an issue with my EV which told me to contact onstar just to be told by the person on the other end that they don’t know GM had EVs!
Might want to train your call centers in these third world countries you contact to know the product they are servicing. This is the last GM vehicle I ever buy, service is horrible across the board.
