upgraded my account but cannot load on phone
Last night we upgraded to the full package but when we try to use the app on our phones, it shows the home page but has a mgs that says "failed to upgrade please try again later" which we tried this...
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. First, we suggest that you uninstall/reinstall the app from your device. If you continue having difficulties after this, please send us an email to socialmedia@gm.com with "ATTN: OS Community/almascar" in the subject line and we'll be happy to discuss this further.
