Telematics Module/Onstar Not Working 2022 GMC YUKON
I have a 2022 GMC Yukon Denali with 49,000 miles. The vehicle included 3 years of connected service. The service expired over the summer and I didn't renew opting to try Apple Car Play for navigation. The Onstar communication, clock and connected services regarding maintenance etc remained functioning. I decided to renew the subscription last month and the vehicle lost all communication after. I reached out to Onstar and was informed I needed to take to the dealer. Dealer states the Telematics module is bad $1275.00 for replacement. Not covered under any warranty. The same day I renewed the subscription I received a vehicle status email so communication existed until the subscription renewal was done. I was told to reach out to GM. I contacted and was provided a sorry no help reply. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to navigate getting a covered repair on known problem?

However, we would be glad to learn more about your situation, and support to the best of our abilities through any elected service to your Yukon.
