In my experience it was a pure lip service, with nothing useful out of them (or GM Concierge support), ever.
Don't know if coincidence or not, but my module came in the same week I've gone the executive escalation route (email to mailto:[email protected]). I've waited close to a month for it, and was prepared to press Lemon Law case if it went over the 30 days.

I wonder, does anyone find these canned replies useful. Also, why do you always prefer steering the discussion away from public eye. Is it because you can't really do anything regarding the matter?

Nothing useful as of yet. Will give them an opportunity to communicate with my dealer service team before seeing what actual “assistance” is provided.

Appreciate the heads up and advice. I’m a heavy user and dependent on all connected services in my truck so this is a major disruption for me. Hopefully can have a smooth, quick resolution. Glad you ended up getting yours, some I’ve seen have been delayed months. We’re considering moving all our vehicles from GM to Toyota depending on how this shakes out.
