Telematic Control Module needs replacement, but backordered with no ETA?! UNACCEPTABLE
2025 Traverse High Country… no GPS, No SuperCruise, no OnStar connection, etc., etc!!! Ugh!!! And the dealership is 3 weeks out for any electronic diagnostic appointment.
SO very disappointed in my decision to purchase this vehicle and there is no way I would ever recommend OnStar!!! I have called several times and the most frustrating thing is reading these comments posted from hours, days, months, and years ago that are having the EXACT SAME ISSUE, yet when speaking to an advisor, they act as if this is the first time they’ve ever heard of the issue. Now I’m even more frustrated seeing that I will likely be waiting additional time for a part that is in high demand due to failure!! Why is this not a recall!?!?

I am frustrated to because mine is doing the same thing and there is no idea when the module will be available for my car. It is not On stars fault that this issue is happen as It is an issue with the car itself. I contacted On star and they were very helpful. When I told them the issue, right away they told it has been happening to a lot of the 2025 vehicles due to an update issue with the module.
