Supercruise:I80 in Sacramento has been turned off for 2+ years
None of this answers my concern and it is frustrating to say the least. My super cruise works fine, lately on hwy 4 in Pittsburg CA it stopped working for several miles. It still works everywhere else. That tells me there is nothing wrong with the car, your system is dropping off in that area. When it cuts out I get a “no road information” I have been using supercruise there for three years now! Don’t tell me there is no road information! It’s especially frustrating because GM expects me to start paying for super cruise soon and it doesn’t work where it used to supposed to work!
We do understand how upsetting this concern with your Super Cruise must be, @Habnar. Our team works alongside our dealership teams to diagnose and resolve vehicle concerns. We strongly suggest working with your preferred dealer for assistance with your Super Cruise concern. Our team would be glad to connect further and assist you with connecting with a dealer near you. Speaking for him
These are not dealership problems. There is nothing wrong with our vehicles. No update to our vehicles needs to occur. Do not make us waste hours of our days at dealerships when it is your problem.
This is ENTIRELY OnStar. Someone there, or a company you pay, updates road information and construction. That person or company needs to be fired.
My problem was not solved by taking my vehicle in. Someone finally got off their ass and pushed the road information through.
Again, dealers cannot help in any way, other than to call OnStar. But you people are not properly trained and just do whatever you can to get us off the line.
