Remote Start No Longer Allowing to Set Climate Control Temperature
Mine has done the same thing so what is the fix for this not a happy chevy silverado 1500 3.0 owner right now and they on star guy i talked to today said that my module was not compatible witch sounds like a bunch of BS to me i mean it was and now it is not WTF

So here's the situation my brand new truck that I bought had the thermostat slide on my app when I started my vehicle and now Apparently after an update you guys have taken it away put it back as it's very convenient for whoever has OnStar and pays for it to use this feature

Don't hold your breath i believe this advisor jack is just a robot, or an incompetent person considering its been disabled purposely with an app update

The remote climate control feature should be brought back. Definitely a frustration to see a feature disappear and told that my vehicle is not capable of the feature. Guessing there was a malfunction issue, lawsuit, or partnership agreement with google that incurred the removal the feature. Would like to see the problem resolved and the feature returned since it is an advertised feature to GM vehicles.

If it is an advertisement for the sale of a GM vehicle, maybe we need to start a class action lawsuit for false advertisement

Won't get anywhere with it because it says "if applicable" even though it was available before
