Remote Start from App
I got told my Onstar Basics Plan came with remote start. Why do I not see the START icon in my Chevrolet App?
Yes, the OnStar Basics Plan does come with remote start if your vehicle is capable. For us to ensure that your vehicle is compatible with remote start, we kindly ask that you send us a private message to OnStar_Support. Just select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started. Please include your contact information (name, email address, and phone number), VIN, and OnStar account number.
