Reconnecting app after new module

I recently had the o star module replaced in my 2021 Yukon. I can’t seem to get MyGMC app to see the vehicle. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. 

  • We know that getting a new OnStar module can be complicated. For the best assistance, we ask that you please push the blue OnStar button inside your vehicle. This will ensure that your new module is connected to our network and to your mobile app.
