Onstar stopped working
We do appreciate you sharing these details related to your hardware. To further clarify, were you able to connect with a live Advisor when attempting to push the blue OnStar button in your vehicle? Additionally, did our live Advisors suggest a certified dealership appointment for your hardware? Any additional details are greatly appreciated moving forward. We hope to hear from you soon.
Helen, seriously? Did you not read the above? That is the same thing the OnStar advisor asked me when I called in on a landline. Duh! No, there is no green light for OnStar on for most if not all of these people! Go to management and decide what your company statement is going to be on this. You obviously have a major problem and all these people keep going answering questions that you already know the answer to. I have the same problem, already dealt with Onstar and put my service on hold and got a credit. At this point there is no point to troubleshoot as it is a known and long running issue!
