Onstar stopped working
Thank you kindly for bringing these hardware concerns to our attention. To clarify, you were able to connect with a live Advisor when pushing your blue button? Are you currently working alongside your certified service center regarding your hardware? Our team here will keep an eye out for any additional details.
Blue button not active as I mentioned in my comment, No light next to the button. I had to call a phone number to reach OnStar support. I have an appointment to take the vehicle in on 4/01/25 for diagnosis, at which point I am expecting I will be in the same issue as thousands of people are now with a backorder for the module to repair the issue
