Onstar not working

I purchased a 2023 Chevy Tahoe RST 2 months ago. It was still under warranty at the time and now has 36,300 miles. I just started looking into the Chevy app to see if there was a remote start option. Unfortunately, my OnStar doesn’t work and now it’s out of warranty by 300 miles. Called OnStar, no help. Called GM, no help. This seems to be a widespread known problem. Anyone interested in seeking a class action lawsuit over it??  They need to take care of this issue.

      I have sent messages and called, still no response. Did find out that my vehicle is still tied to the previous owners OnStar account. The dealership was unable to disconnect it due to the faulty module, yet they sold it to us knowing it was mechanically defective without disclosing it. They don’t want to help make this right either. This is my last GM purchase.
