Hello advisor_pat, similar issue here. Leased new Silverado EV 2 months ago, onstar shows activated but app never connects to car. The app opens but does not show my anything on my vehicle. I have had a ticket to level 3 support for a month with no resolution. Advisor says there are some packages missing from my account but they cannot add. Not sure why level 3 cannot just add these but it is frustrating.
