OnStar Module
I bought a 2023 Suburban High Country for my wife on December 16, 2025 and was told that the OnStar worked fine. I have taken the 2 1/2 hour one way trip to get the OnStar fixed. Finally told that they would have to order the power module to fix it but it would take a while to get it in. I is now January 31, 2026 with no word of when the module will be in to fix my OnStar issue. This is totally unacceptable practice by GM. I feel as though many, including myself, have been misled and taken advantage of. Is there anyway to get help for this matter??
Thank you!
John
