OnStar Module failed end October - 2025 Equinox EV LT2

It is however reflective of reality. The Telematics module is assembled by a third party supplier, and from my experiences there is nothing that can be done on GM’s part to “assist” with the part delay. It takes legal action to be initiated against the dealership through lemon laws, or arbitration before the company does anything about it.
Since you spoke about reflections, perhaps it’s time for some self reflection across the company. This issue is still persisting despite it being a known issue for months now, as evidenced by more and more customers continuing to experience the failure and having to wait an unreasonable time for a part. How you screw up a modem in this day and age, at this level of failure is beyond me. If you truly want to help customers, you need to fix the issue causing all these modules to fail within months of being put into service.

You all keep saying you are here to assist, but yet you all do everything but assist and just give everyone the run around due to your company faulty equipment. I was told to send a message to support, which I did and yet no reply..... hmm Just sounds you like to sound good on paper, yet do not want to actually help.
There has to be some type of lawsuit suiting up to happen here.
