OnStar Module failed end October - 2025 Equinox EV LT2
Shame on OnStar, GM & Chevy.
Every customer w/this defective OnStar Module's Hardware is vulnerable to potential danger & safety issues due to this well known issue.
Personal message to the Onstar, GM, & Chevy employees:
The money you eat with, & feed your family with; comes from the customers who are riding out in these streets dangerously w/defective tech.
Somebody needs to step up, take ownership & accountability of this issue, provide refunds, issue a hardware recall & just do the right thing.
C'mon now, you should be better than this...
