Onstar app and telematics module 2 vin #

Bought a new 2025 traverse in March 2025! Everything was good! In June my master brake cylinder went out! Was without it for an over a month! November noticed my onstar app buttons on my phone app were not working! Took it in to the dealership! Telematics module needed it to be replaced! Took over a month to get that! Got that out in! Went to use my onstar app and that won’t work! Somehow my app showed 2 2025 traverse vehicles! 1 that is the correct vehicle that shows not connected and the other one that is a z71 that shows connected but is not even my car! But yet it’s connected to my car! The vin number in the app to the vehicle that says connected is not correct vin number to my car but yet it still connects to my car! How the hell is that we don’t know.  They have had me delete them reenroll the vehicle and still happens. Don’t know how many times I had to do this and it still connects the wrong vehicle with the wrong vin number but yet it connects to my actual car! Spent hours on the phone have had how many tickets out it and have them escalated up the change of commands! Trying to explain this to the onstar people over and over again is exhausting and they try to tell me it’s fixed but yet I can tell them that no as soon as I reenroll the vehicle it will show the wrong vehicle and vin but yet it will be hooked up to my car. Someone please explain to me how the heck this happens!  I can’t deal with onstar people anymore bc it’s not getting fixed! My dealership is trying to help but they won’t talk to him bc he isn’t the owner of the account! 

At what point does gm take responsibility of all this issues???

      I had your top dogs try to figure this out with zero luck so why do you feel that you will be able to figure this all out! My faith in onstar is 0%
