On Star module
Just wanted to chime in. Same exact issue. Through check engine light then discovered OnStar was out. Reconnected briefly and then has been out 3 weeks. Chevrolet Suburban Premier 2022. 12,000 miles. I didn’t get told any cost for repair but instead no part ETA. We drive with our kids and the WiFi was a convenient feature along with the connected apps. Shame on GM, Chevrolet and OnStar. There is no doubt this is a recall that needs to happen but they won’t call it because they can’t fix it. Surprise surprise. 86k car time to lawyer up Chevrolet cause a lawsuit is coming your way for damages and loss of safety features and the cost for me to trade this in for another non GM car. This is across all their makes. You guys are losing a lot of customers have fun with the next bailout.
