ON Star hardware in GMC

My 2022 GMC Yukon's OnStar hardware has stopped working after 3 years. After researching this online it looks like alot of GMC's are having this issue. It costs $750-1000 to fix. Is this something you all are planning to recall and help fix for your customers?

  • We regret to hear your OnStar module may be causing some concerns for you. For clarification, were you given this quote from a certified GM dealership and have received confirmation that the module is in need of repair? Additionally, it is to be known that all concerns are examined on a case-by-case basis as factors can vary with each situation. GM tracks customer concerns along with our own proactive testing/research to try and identify potential patterns.       Having trouble. No envelope icon on message
