MyGMC app
So, now that my module has been replaced and is functioning. Where are the air condition controls on the app? What’s the point of having remote start on the app then?! Also, I’d love my truck/infotai...

In most of our vehicles, the MyGMC app functions as a remote trigger, but the climate system defaults to your last manual settings or an 'Auto' mode rather than being adjustable within the app interface. However, since you’ve recently had a module replaced, we’d like to take a closer look into your eligibility and assist on our end. When you have the chance, please send a private message OnStar_Support. Just select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started.
I think this is funny. So, this is an obvious part of programming that is able to be done. Even with the first generation module but they refuse to roll it back.
